Seems to help for an hour or two, then pain increases when using this product.
Pros: comfortable
Cons: sometimes seems to make pain worse

It added slight padding or protection to my arch.....I have plantar facitis,it didn't help much.

This product is no better than a pair of socks. Very disappointed. The support is not there. Even if you tighten it. All you end up doing is cutting the circulation. Will be sending this back.
Cons: weak

The only thing that seemed to relieve my plantar fasciitis is losing weight and, surprisingly walking through the pain.
Pros: None
Cons: Doesn't Help

Design needs improvement as it is difficult to fit these tight enough to be of benefit. Waste of money in my book.
Pros: wearable with shoes
Cons: not as effective as arch/heel support inserts.

I wear them all day and I am pain free.
Pros: pain free
Cons: none

The pro-arch supports feel really good on my feet and I like to wear them around the house or in slippers. But I found my orthotics more comfortable for walking around in. Definitely worth a try to see if they are a better alternative to orthotics for you.
Pros: Very comfortable to wear

I had hope for this as something I could just secure on my foot and wear with various shoes, even sandals, but it is too bulky and doesn't fit an any of my shoes, doesn't give enough arch support, and you certainly can't wear it without a sock. For some stupid reason, they made the tops out of a very scratchy velcro with a hard edge that is painful without a sock. Very disappointing.

I just got these this morning, and as soon as I put them on, I immediately felt the pressure and pain leave my heal. I have been suffering with facitis for a couple of years and this is the first thing that has helped me.
Pros: wonderful

Always hard to tell the full effects of soles, but I strongly feel that these have contributed greatly to eliminate my heelspur problem.Always use them in my walking shoes;alternate with the standard soles in my running shoes.Trying to prevent the problem from recurring,I use stretching exercises,ProArch and night splint regularly.
Pros: Very lightweight and flexible, good fit
Cons: Arch support on the weak side

I use more traditional inserts with shoes, but use the ProArches with sandals. They work great.
Pros: Great support.

I found the Arch Support gave a lot of relief.

Love this product. So comfortable and can be tightened or loosened to give your arch just the right support. Also so soft and comfortable to wear and fits in my tight shoes without causing discomfort. Plan to buy more.

The pro arch is great! i dont have NEAR the pain i did, i can now take only a few steps and and walk normal instead of waiting all morning for the pain to subside. if you have arch support already in your shoes, its a good idea to take them out, or, if you cant, buy new shoes. the double arch it creates is too much, at least for me.
Pros: no where NEAR the pain i was enduring.
Cons: i had to buy new shoes

I find it works well in regular tennis shoes, however takes up too much room in other shoes making them feel too tight. Often it doesn't stay in place. I think if they removed the little foam arch and just had a wrap you could adjust tightness with this would be a benefiicial product to use.
Pros: Excellent support, very comfortable
Cons: some shoes fit too tight wearing this arch

For me, this product did not help at all. However, the other products that were recommended were extremely helpful to me. I had plantar fasciitis for about 5 years and it is almost gone now!! The two products that have helped me most are the pro-stretch and the night splint boot. I had custom made orthodics and I stopped wearing them and starting wearing inserts sold at the Walking Company. They give you great arch support and they're soft. I hope this helps!!!! Good luck with your recovery and remember to always tell yourself that it will get better!!!!!

I was recommeded to by this product and it didn't help me at all.

I bought these to use at my Club's playroom that doesn't allow shoes in. They do offer support with only socks on, but it's not the same as wearing a shoe with the powerstep inserts. However, I never seem to remember to bring them with me! I haven't really tried wearing them with shoes because the one pair I wanted to wear them with happened to be shaped just so the ProArch hit the top of the shoe and rubbed funny.
Pros: Light-weight
Cons: I forget to bring them

these were comfortable however when i showed them to my Dr. she stated that they would not provide enough arch support to help me. I got much more relief from the pro-sport inserts which have great arch support and a nice heel cushion.
Pros: comfortable
Cons: unaffective in helping my problem

I wear the supports with sandals occasionally as I don't know a way to keep my orthotics in a fixed position with sandals. They were not much help with the plantar faciatis. Only taping and agressive orthotics prescribed by my podiatist cured that.
Pros: Offers some support
Cons: Not the real deal

Sorry for this long text but it deserves. I just finished to treat a bad fascitis and the result was a fibroma on the fascia. I have flat foot. Playing tennis with wrong shoes was the cause. I found the right treatments a bit late, that is why the fibroma. The correct treatments are laser, tape, electric currents with heat at same time and local massage all in the same session. I improved step by step. Driving was a nightmare to my right foot.
And now this: I COULD START DRIVING WITHOUT FEAR WHEN I STARTED USING THE PROARCH!!! It also made disapear some irritating pain on the foot. It was amazing!! And i told this very proudly to my terapeut many times. Now when i want to feel safe when playing tennis, running or driving long distandes i wear the PROARCH!! It was a very good buying.
NOTE1: PEOPLE WITH FLAT FOOT MUST WEAR SPECIAL PROTESIS ON SHOES DAILY!! I learned the wrong way.
NOTE2: the best thing is to do a Magnetic Ressonance. It shows all. Do not waste time in ecografies.
Tell me what you think.
Pros: Relief
Cons: None

This product was somewhat difficult to manage with socks and shoes. Sometimes it would bunch up while putting on my shoe. This support does not take into account that each side of the foot needs different support. It needs to be more fixed and molded. I have plantar fasciitis and found that none of the non-custom products had much benefit. I had to spend significant dollars on a custom fit orthotic shoe insert before I started healing. This product, as well as products from Hapad.com, yoursole.com and footsmart all turned out to be a waste of money for me...not that they are bad as more supportive shoe inserts, but they don't cure plantar fasciitis as they claim. Perhaps for someone who just wants better support but doesn't already have plantar fasciitis they are a benefit.
Pros: Provided some arch support
Cons: Irritated my foot
Rating: 3 by Mary
I have a bad case of plantar faciatis and tried all treatments with not much results. If I were able to make this support tighter, I'm sure it would have been more help
Cons: Needs a tighter more secure closeure

I use these only in my trainers & they really seem to cushion the arch area & relieve my painful heels - they are worth a try.

This product gives arch support but not as much as proper taping. Put your money towards tape and the Birkenstock Arizona sandals if you have flat feet and pronate like myself.

Got them, seemed to work at first, but they kept moving, and didn't provide the support I needed in the long haul. Need a little something, then give them a whirl.. need real support, go for one of the full size inserts with arch support, and that don't move around on ya.

I have been using this and the taping both for about 2 weeks and I can actually walk in the morning now. It still pulls a little but it is so much better. I recommend this product to everyone haveing problems with Plantar Fascitis.!!!!!!

ProArch provides great support, especially in my walking shoes. They really help alleviate the pain in my heel. After two months of use (in conjunction with icing and stretching), I am back to my normal level of walking (6 miles per day, 5 days per week.)
