Well worth the money. A jar lasts a long time. It is more effective than ibuprofen in pill form because you can put it right on the spot that hurts.
Pros: Effective, Immediate relief

This is the 4th day I've taped my foot. I received immediate relief the moment I started. After two weeks of hobbling I was able to walk nearly pain free. I had heard about taping a foot for plantar faciitis and tried to tape on my own with no instruction and it was a failed experience. Then I found this web site and the proper instructions for taping and I feel much improved even now when the tape is removed. The foot has experienced rapid healing this week. I don't even notice the tape at all. I plan to tape my foot/feet in the future for all strenuous activities that may cause foot discomfort just to be safe. I also have added calf stretching to my routine and stretch several times a day. Wow what a difference. Thanks so much.

This is the best topical cream that I've used so far. In my opinion it is better than prescription solaraze. But the relief is only temporary, and is not a cure.
Pros: Best topical cream I've yet to find
Cons: topical creams are not a cure
Rating: 3 by bmaterials
I don't think it made much of difference in the level of pain. I tried aspercreme after that and it didn't make any difference either. Maybe the bottom of my feet are too tough it can't penetrate but I wouldn't buy it again
Pros: was not greasy
Cons: the jar was broken when I recieved it

This cream is fantastic. I use it for any kind of muscle injury, not just feet. It has helped my entire family. It's wonderful for muscle aches, lower back aches, etc. etc. Just one or two applications to the affected area and the pain is gone. Plus, the stomach lining has been spared. I'm to the point that I cannot take ibuprofen anymore due to the degree of irritation. This cream is a miracle.
Pros: you doun't have to ingest the ibuprofen
Rating: 4 by LBeau
I cannot say for sure whether the cream is an effective pain reliever. It is certainly soothing when used in conjuntion with foot massage and my therapist says it is an excellent massage cream. However, it will prevent tape from sticking. I usually use the foot cream for foot massage followed by ice. If I want to tape my foot, I simply wash and dry my foot before applying the tape and it sticks well.
Pros: Excellent as foot massage cream
Cons: none
Rating: 3 by Arleen
Although the product does work, its effectiveness wears off in a few hours. Additionally, if a person is also using the taping method suggested on the website, the cream prevents the tape from sticking.
Pros: Relieves pain
Cons: Doesn't last long

Not as effective as I thought it would be. I don't feel any relief
after I apply it to the pain area.

My other half used this product prior to total knee replacement surgery and it worked, where others failed. She still uses the remaining product on her other knee, that ultimately will need knee replacement in the future.

Thanks,
Tom
Pros: Great product. Less pain in a few minutes.

This Ibuprofen cream helps various pains including heelspur and other pains. I prefer it to taking pills since it goes to the right spot and is not as spread in the body or through the stomach. I do recommend this product.
Pros: helps, through skin
Rating: 5 by Marty
I bought it for my girlfriend. Her feet were killing her after she started working as a night stocker at Wal-Mart. But it's really helped her foot pain. In fact she'll sometimes use it on other painful areas . Such as her shoulders, hands knees etc. It works great ! But the price is very high for an over-the-counter analgesic cream !
Pros: Pain relief is excellent.
Cons: Price. It's expensive !
Rating: 3 by Pat
Not sure if this cream actually did anything, but it felt good to rub it on. I mean it encouraged me to massage my foot and that felt good.
Rating: 5 by Harper
I'm REALLY liking this stuff--it definitely helps control pain all day long. (Doubtless massaging the foot several times a day doesn't hurt, either). I'm going through it pretty quickly and I will buy more when this batch is gone. It helps reduce pain in my occasionally achy knee as well.

I put a light coating on my injured (PF) foot six times day shortly before applying ice (which I also do six times a day). In any event, be sure to rub the cream in well--it doesn't take long--and allow it to dry--about five minutes. As an added bonus, it smells quite nice (no "medicinal" odor), and leaves your hands (as well as your feet) silky soft.

As an aside, I've discovered quite by chance that you can significantly boost the ibuprofen's ability to "soak in" if you remove any calluses from your feet before applying the cream. A regular pumice stone will do the job, but I picked up a nifty little item the other day called the PedEgg that I find even more effective and far less messy than a pumice. Yes, it's one of those "As Seen On TV" items--but in this case, it actually works.

Essentially, it's an egg-shaped "cheese grater" for your foot (but far more gentle than an actual cheese grater, of course). It's a cinch to use and doesn't make a mess, catching the dead skin particles in an enclosed compartment for easy disposal into the trash whenever you're done. If you're anything like me, I think you'll find that your Ibuprofen cream rubs in much better and faster and the pain relief is markedly greater, the closer you can get it to non-callused, "live" skin.

PLEASE NOTE: I got my PedEgg at Costco for $9.99 and I've seen it at Walgreen for a bit more (maybe $12). Now, while it really does work and I do recommend it, in my opinion it isn't worth more than ten or twelve bucks. Therefore, I do not suggest you buy it from the "official" PedEgg website. I've read a number of horror stories on the net (they're not hard to find) about customers being aggressively prompted to buy the Super-Deluxe model that comes with their "miracle" foot cream and other pricey add-ons. I've also heard the shipping & handling fees can be outrageous--depending on the package you select, shipping alone can run $40! So if you want to try the PedEgg--go for it--but personally, I wouldn't bother with the website. I'm sure at least one of your local drugstores has it on hand for a song.
Pros: it works
Cons: none

I really like your ibuprofen cream. I make a living on my feet and sometimes they are very painful. I am over 50 and take my aches and pains seriously. Your cream helps alleviate about half of the pain. This is more than most other products - so thank you very much. Your cream is not cheap, but well worth it. sharon w
Pros: does help alleviate pain
Cons: doesn't take care of all pain
Rating: 5 by Cee
I bought the cream for my calves. After beginning a running program, my calves were in such pain that I was unable to stretch my muscles; so that I could run. The cream didn't remove the pain, but allowed me to stretch and use my muscles. Through repeated use, the paid eventually subsided. Now I use it mainly for headaches caused by neck pain. I massage it into my back neck muscles and gradually my headaches start to subside.

It's a miracle product! But, hard to understand how it works when it doesn't remove pain.

Pros: Excellent!
Cons: Doesn't remove pain

I was breastfeeding at the time and decided to stop using this product. Also, I have gone to 8 doctors who are unable to diagnose a specific medical problem with my pain. So in light of that, I am not sure if it was working at all for me... but I may use it in place of tylenol with codeine.
Pros: n/a
Cons: n/a
Rating: 5 by seabird
I hate numerical ratings. I gave it a 5 because it works for me. How well does it work??? Compared to what? I use it on the whole bottom of my foot as well as the heel, and it takes the pain away. I use it on my heck as well -- works there too. I've bought my second jar. That probably says more than all the numbers in the world.
Pros: It works
Cons: None
Rating: 3 by sandy
I really dont know if this cream is helping my knee and plantar fasciitis...but i would definitely recommend this product because it has helped others.
Pros: nice smell, good consistency
Cons: not so sure how well it works
Rating: 5 by tracey
Used it on a heel spur and on a really bad chest muscle pull, worked great on both. Had used a similar product in Australia that was not available here.
Pros: love that it is external rather than internal
Cons: none

Whenever my husband's shoulder pain prevents him for sleeping, I rub it on his shoulder. The cream spreads and goes into the skinn very smoothly and will not make skin sticky. He will be sleeping in 5 minutes!!! I bought it for my doughter-in-law and for my friend. They all love it.
Pros: It's the best pain eraser!!!
Rating: 3 by Suzy
Worked really well for my friend with ostoarthritis issues, but did not help relieve PF or nerve related pain. Great for every day muscle aches and pain. It did relieve pulled muscle pain in my arm.
Pros: non greasy, easy to apply, good for muscle pain
Cons: does not relieve nerve pain symptoms
Rating: 1 by Barbara
Unfortunately I didn't feel any relief from this product.

It did not seem to work at all.
Cons: did not work

The ibuprofen cream provides pain and anti-inflammatory relief without destroying the stomach. I suffered for 1 and 1/2 years and I'm now pain free and back to mountain hiking thanks to this product, custom made orthodics, and calf stretching exercises. I still use it as a preventative measure before and after mountain hikes or other strenuous exercise.
Pros: Pain and anti-inflammatory relief
Cons: expensive
Rating: 4 by Pam
This is a pretty good product. While I didn't experience the tingling sensation other people have, the ibuprofen cream did relieve some foot pain. It wasn't a huge relief, but I didn't slather the stuff on either. I've been using a little bit at a time to try and make it last. Massaging it into your feet helps too.

The only problems with the cream is that it's a bit messy. While it's fairly thick, you have to wait awhile before your feet dry. I ended up putting my socks back on while my feet were wet and let the sock absorb a small layer of the cream. It didn't stain the sock and has no smell, so it's easy to wash out.

Pros: Relieves some foot pain
Cons: Messy to use
Rating: 4 by Glory
I found it to be helpful to get me through till I had my surgery.
Pros: It helped with knee pain for awhile.
Cons: Didn't work long term but needed surgery.
Rating: 4 by Mike
This product has provided fast acting relief from the pain I have been experiencing due to my plantar fasciitis. It also has the added benefit of not having to be taken orally saving my digestive tract from repeated doses of ibuprofen.
Pros: excellent pain relief, not oral
Cons: none
Rating: 5 by norma
I started using it with heel spurs, have found it works good for my knee pain aswell.
Pros: provides fast pin relief.
Cons: None
Rating: 5 by L
My orthopedist suggested that I order Voltaren cream from Europe. I found the ibuprofen cream on the heelspurs.com website and ordered it instead. I have had good results with it and have recommended it to others who have used it for a variety of musculoskeletal ailments with good success. I plan to order more.
Pros: I really think this works!
Rating: 5 by Donna
Product worked great - no need to take things that might upset my stomach - can put it on right where you need it. Good product.

Hello,

I used your cream a part of rehabilitating a torn rotator cuff. I beleive it reduced inflammation. I could use it often, and would tend to use it more than if I had taken ibuprofen orally.
I do not have a test to compare the results against.

My son has osgood schlatter in his left knee, and I have just started to use the cream on that injury, this will be a good test for your product.

We both participate in ice hockey and plan on using the product this season, so check back monthly or so and I can offer you some more feedback.

Thanks
Greg
Pros: ease of use, use by youth
Cons: none that I can think of

When I started on the cream I couldn't put any weight on my heel.I applied 3 to 4 times a day. After a week of using the cream it made it tolerable. Now after a couple of months I only use it on occasion. I sent some to my friend Johnny, he's had terrible spurs for years and he said its the first thing that helped.
Pros: I healed faster, without taking oral drugs.
Cons: I would by two. By the bed and for travel.

I like the cream for its anti-inflamatory properties better than Aleve or advil because it doesn't bother my stomach. I had been getting ulcers from taking oral ibuprofen for muscles and tendon injuries, so this was a great solution.
Pros: relieves pain quickly
Cons: none
Rating: 4 by Debbie
Using this does relieve the pain but only for the 3 hours as is directed how often to use. It doesn't fix the issue but any pain relief is good.
Pros: instant relief

When you have minor problems with heel pain, this gel works wonderful. In my case it worked better than any physical therapy that I tried during 8 weeks. I was able to go hiking later in fall after using this gel. Unfortunately, my heel pain returned next year, and was strong enough that I went for cortisone shot. It helped a lot, but not completely, so I apply ibuprofen gel when I have small heel pain after excessive exercise.
Pros: Regular application of the gel reduced pain a lot
Rating: 4 by lakemom
I have been very pleased with this product. I bought it for a metatarsalgia flare up on my right foot. I massaged it in 2-3 times a day both on top and bottom of the sore area along with toe strengthening exercises and a better forefoot cushioned shoe. I think all 3 things helped but I also put it on other areas I have tendon trouble on my other foot and I think it helped. I can not tolerate oral anti-imflammatories so this is a good alternative. I would definitly give it a try for pain you think is imflammatory.
Pros: Easy to put on, nice ot massage foot
Cons: none really

I am so glad I received this email to evaluate the product, I am nearly out of my first purchase. I was unable to locate the website to purchase more. The cream is smooth, non messy, non sticky and highy effective. I have ordered three more today. I only receommend that you put your web site address on the package of the cream! Thank you!
Pros: NON STICKY, effective!

I think this works very well. It's probably not as good as a anti inflammatory pill but it goes directly into the skin and doesn't hurt your stomach which is why I chose it. I have stomach problems.
Pros: no smell, not greasy
Cons: would be better in a tube.
Rating: 2 by Pam
I didn't really notice any relief from using this product. I still had to take Ibuprofen orally to manage my pain.
Pros: Rubs in well and doesn't smell bad
Cons: didn't work for me
Rating: 4 by petermalex
Good for massaging muscles, which I am more likely to remember. My impression is that it works quite well, but of course it's hard to be certain. But I have continued to order it, since it seems to work well.
Pros: Higher level of IBU, smooth base, goes in well
Cons: Can't tell how much IBU really has

Buying this product for me was an excellent choice. It helped to relieve my leg pain. I had a femur rod replacement, along with 4 more surgeries this year. I needed a product that would help relieve pain. This was an excellent choice.
Pros: not greasy, or stinky
Cons: not squeezable
Rating: 5 by Barb
I was truly amazed at how fast relief was obtained. The product is non-greasy and can be applied immediately before dressing.
Pros: Instant relief
Cons: None

This is only an adjunct therapy, do not expect wonders. I'm a medical student, and I ran division I track in college. Plantar fasciitis is an inflammatory reaction when you are on your feet too much, or run more than you should. I ran too much. It's an overuse injury. The key to shortening your agony is to catch it early. Whenever you start to feel arch pain or tender heels, start icing upward of 6 times/day at 15-20 minutes each, and stretch your calves and feet at least that much. The cream will act in concert with the icing to help reduce the inflammation, but you must apply it 3 times/day, and give it time (20min) to be absorbed before putting on socks or walking. You can also add ibuprofen for pain, but it will actually do little to decrease inflammation unless you take 3200mg/day, or 4 200mg tablets 4x daily. This is the highest prescribed dose, but ibuprofen does not have anti-inflammatory activity at a concentration of less than 2400mg/day. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 3200mg, because you will be at serious risk for stomach bleeding. I'm not a doctor yet, but I can read a pharmacology text book, stay under 3200mg/day and you will be fine, it is the amount routinely given to people with rheumatoid arthritis. The best method is to take it in 10 day cycles, with a week between. It will give you all the anti-inflammatory benefits, and decrease the risk of side effects. That said, be aware that the cream and oral medication will make you feet feel better, but they will not BE better yet. Don't get tricked into increasing your activity again, because you will increase your recovery period. If caring for this sounds like a full-time job, it is. Good Luck.

not a dramatic pain reducer, but definitely makes a difference over time
Pros: definitely effective
Rating: 4 by James
The product works exceedingly fast and greatly reduced my Planter Faciitis pains, but it was only effective for about 2-4 hrs depending on the stage of repair the foot was going through I suppose. Adding small amount of Ibuprofen internally worked good a lower dose than I might normally take. I did work quite well for other aches like my Shoulders, Knee's, and Elbow issues. I think I would add a bit more Ibuprofen, or see if possible to extend length of effectiveness by some means... Say a slower penitrating cream if possible... I suppose you would have to increase % slightly and slow absobtion... This would likely increase lengthy relief... Then again it may add to application issues...
Pros: Worked Very well on Planter Faciitis + other aches
Cons: Not many...
Rating: 4 by Gloria
I haven't had too much occasion to use the Ibuprofen Cream (thank goodness), but the times I had some pain in my knee or a sore muscle, it seemed to work pretty well. I don't like to take ibuprofen by mouth if I can help it, b/c it makes me retain water and gives me a queasy, "hungry" feeling in my stomach (which I don't need, as I am watching my weight). So the cream avoids that problem. I would recommend it, but I can't give it the highest rating b/c I haven't used it all that much.
Pros: no stomach upset as with pills
Rating: 4 by dot
my foot feels better, can't tell if it's the cream or the other foot products all combined, but it's not hurting any more.
Rating: 3 by Cindy
I'm unable to take anti-inflammatory meds due to stomach problems, so I bought the ibuprofen cream hoping it would help my foot tendonitis. The bad news is that after using it almost daily for 3 weeks, it has done absolutely nothing to lessen my foot pain. The good news is that it really works on my neck pain that I get when I've been on the computer too long. I rub it on my neck/shoulder, and within ten minutes, the pain is gone. I rated it a 3. While it did nothing for my foot pain, I don't feel it was a total waste of money because it does help my neck pain. I probably would buy it again.
Pros: Works well on my neck/shoulder pain
Cons: Has NOT helped foot pain at all
Rating: 4 by LV
it really works and helps. rubb it in and it will help you for 5-6 hours. it doesn't smell either.
but compared to other creams this one is not possible to rub in completely, it will allways remain a very humid surface that goes right into mu socks.
Pros: it works
Cons: too much watery/thin base
Rating: 3 by gymnast
It does help. I would perhaps buy it again.
Pros: provides some relief
Cons: does not soak in completely
Rating: 5 by cherryl
I broke both my Tibia and Fibula and had to have major surgery to repair both. I was prescribed 800mg Ibuprofen in addition to pain medications. I found that using this cream gave me the same reliefs as taking the medication. I prefer to use the cream since it is topical and works immediately as opposed to waiting for oral medications to work. I would definitely recommend it.
Pros: Excellent results, immediate pain relief
Cons: cost
Rating: 5 by Robert
Ibuprofen works well on all muscle pains my wife and I have tried it on. The pricing here is the best I have found. I am not associated with this site or company, but do recommend the product.

BobinPanama
Pros: Works fast on all muscle pains like muscle strain.
Cons: Does not cure.
Rating: 3 by nlongino
I didn't really see any difference using this product.
Rating: 2 by dan
Didn't seem to help much, but I didn't stay with it very long.
Pros: Seemed to help slightly
Cons: Didn't help that much
Rating: 4 by bonnie
Although this cream is helpful, it does need to be used in conjunction with orthotics and/or arch supports for positive results. Also, one must continue to do stretching exercises for the overall benefit of relieving the discomfort of plantar fasciitis...
Pros: Non-greasy, cooling, soothing
Cons: Not self-remedial
Rating: 4 by Michael
Get yourself a night splint and rest the foot or it will never get better. The cream eased the pain temporarily but you will never feel any better without stretching the foot and resting.
Pros: Works - in combination with a splint
Cons: none
Rating: 3 by Doug
Useful and soothing , but not coninced its more than the massaging at work
Pros: easy to apply
Cons: not cheap
Rating: 4 by Pilo
I like it, but the texture is a little weird. There is a grit which is slightly odd. But it dose obsorbe into the body and it does not seem to stain sheets or socks.
Pros: It is a topical, so you can put it right where you
Cons: A slight grit
Rating: 5 by arthur
Really helps me whenever I have pain in my shoulder or leg. Would highly recommend it . Get relief almost instantly.
Rating: 3 by chapman
Not used so frequently, so cant decide.. but its not bad, atleast it may/will reduce the inflammation.
Rating: 4 by angie
This product works pretty well for a cream. It seems to take awhile to really soak in and start working. Really only good for mild to moderate pain. I use it some for plantar fascitis.

Could not tell if product helped at all.

It did not hurt or smell bad so product was ahead of others I tried. But pain relief was not obvious.

This exercise regime seemed to really help:
"The study, led by Dr. Benedict DiGiovanni, an orthopedic surgeon and associate professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Rochester in New York, tested a new exercise designed to stretch the plantar fascia. DiGiovanni theorized that it might be more effective than the Achilles' tendon stretch -- a common exercise for the injury.

The stretch involves curling the toes backward while flexing the ankle. In an earlier investigation published in 2003, he compared the exercise to the Achilles' tendon stretch in an eight-week clinical trial of 82 patients who had suffered from plantar fasciitis for more than 10 months."

For the cost I didn't find much relief, but it should be remembered that there are many levels of heal spurs, Mine may have been too sever. I finally went to the doctor and got a shot, which turned things around for me. would I buy it again I don't know. The door isn't shut on the subject.

I can tell you I LOVE your product. I have given it to a number of people who also all use it now. My 85 year uncle did not want to try it. He claimed that he "had lots of creams". After trying it, he took a whole jar home and loves it for arthritis, general aches, and especially on his knees that he had replaced. My children all play tennis - 3 hours a day, seven days a week, and all use it when they get aches. I, and two of my children, had plantar fasciotis and used the cream to help relieve the pain, I currently use it on my torn rotator to relieve the chronic pain. I have let many people try the cream. and ALL of them have ended up purchasing it. It is the best stuff ever for pain. I have a friend with severe arthritis in her hands. I gave her a jar of the cream and she uses it every day for relief. She says it is the best stuff ever. I cannot tell you enough how wonderful your product is. I gave a jar to my hairdresser and he is having all his clients try it. They are all ordering it. They can't believe how great it is.
Rating: 5 by Scrapbookmom
Best stuff ever!!!! I ahve given it to many people who all agree it is the best and are now all using it. Arthritis, chronic pain, injury pain, aching feet....the is the best for any kind of pain.
Rating: 4 by G-Man
The cream was most beneficial when my heel was at its worse. It did not take the pain away completely but it did make my foot less stiff and painful in the mornings. Eventually as my foot healed, thus hurt less, I no longer realized much benefit from using the cream so I stopped using it. After that point the night splint, taping and suggested exercises were all that was needed.
Rating: 4 by Brian
This cream worked the first time I used it on a strained trapezius after only 1 coating and 20 minutes. I believe it works best when applied 3-4 times in succession...the same effect as taking 800 mg of Ibuprofen tablet(s), but less invasive. It absorbs into the skin quickly and cleanly. Definitely worth the price Excellent packaging and efficient service by Heelspurs.

Well for the past year and a half I have been trouble by a heelspur.I wasnt getting any relief or real help from my doctor, other than being on 800mg of motrin 3 times a day. Also had the cortizone shots twice. And no relief. I searched online and found this cream and thought this might help. So I ordered the tIbuprofen cream and a night splint. What a difference it made. I also used it on my mothers back. It worked for her as well. Taking all that motrin on my stomach left me with a constant stomach ache.
I am so thankful to have found this website.

In my case this product does not help my plantar fasciitis since my plantar fasciitis is due to flat feet, pronation, and atrophy of the legs and feet. Until I address the root problem of my plantar fasciitis all the anti-inflammatories in the world won't help, creams included.

I have improved my plantar fasciitis through taping to prevent my arches from collapsing. I use the Birkenstock Arizona's which provide MUCH, MUCH BETTER arch support than any shoe or orthotic I have ever tried. They are better than my $550 custom orthotics I have, better than the Powersteps (both the cushioned and regular versions), and better than any Superfeet orthotic. I was unable to walk more than 5-10 minutes straight for 8 MONTHS until I used the Birkenstock Arizona's: their arch support is the most unique you will ever find, guaranteed. I can walk an hour now every other day. I have a chest injury that is preventing me from doing strengthening exercises for my legs and feet. Once that is healed, I have no doubt that physical therapy along with the Birkenstocks will cure my plantar fasciitis.

I originally bought this for my foot....but I soon started using it for my aching joints and it works wonderully! I have rheumatoid arthritis, and I just love this cream!!

Works well for me, giving moderate relief in my lower back area. My physical therapist uses it when I visit, and so I ordered my own supply from Heelspurs. The cream is very pleasant to use.
Rating: 4 by Katherine
I would rate this at least a 4+. I am waiting for surgery for my heel spurs, this product has been wonderful to carry me thru until that time. I have been using it for about three days and have seen a drastic improvement. I use it several times a day and have been very happy with the results.

This cream appears to give me some temporary relief, enough that I'm reordering it. I notice a taste in my mouth some minutes after applying it to my foot, not a pleasant one, not sure if that is the arnica or the ibuprofin or something else being absorbed into the body. I wish that didn't happen, and I don't understand how it can circulate like that, but it seems it is one side effect.
Rating: 3 by Bob in NY
A 3.5 almost a 4. Seems to help. The wife uses it to rub out the pain in the arch from the PowerStep Pinnacle inserts( see my review there, they work well, but maybe too much support for me) and to rub into my heel. She's used other basic skin moisturizers to make rubbing easier, so I know the rub out helps a ton, but it does seem a liberal amount of this helps that much more. And the cream makes here "hands tingle" and they loosen up as well.
Rating: 5 by Elaine
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and I know this cream is meant for feet, but I use it on all my joints and it works. It lets me sleep when things are hurting. I cannot take Ibuprofen by mouth because of a stomach problem, and all the other pain relievers have been taken off the market...I really like this cream....it doesn't smell and sinks right in.
Rating: 5 by Dorothy N.
This works just as well as the oral ibuprofen, except since it's in a cream form the pain is dulled immediately. I've always been wary about using oral ibuprofen for too long so this product is a great alternative. Of course this won't cure the PF but it temporarily helps.
Rating: 4 by Terry
I have PF pain in both feet. I used this Ibuprofen Cream on one foot three times a day for one week. It reduced the pain by about 50% by the end of the week in that foot. So it does work for me.
