I am wearing them in my shoes as I type this. They have helped my feet so much. When I miss a day or two of wearing them, my feet begin to let me know that I need to put my tennis shoes on again. I had plantar faciitis, but since wearing these inserts, the pain is gone. At the risk of sounding like a commercial, all I can say is just give them a try and see for yourself.
Pros: Fit well in my Nike tennis shoes
Cons: Don't fit well in my high heels

I will continue to purchase these insoles forever. Nothing else worked and I tried a lot of other things and spent a lot of money doing so.

These insoles are so affordable and they work that I can not say enough good things about them. I will always have issue with my feet but now I will always have a way to be comfortable.

Thank you.
Pros: Total relief
Cons: Not made to go into flip flops

My plantar fasciitis pain was so intense I couldn't walk a block. After chiropractic care using laser therapy and taping calmed the pain, I ordered these insoles as a form of maintenance, and I haven't had a problem as long as I wear shoes with these inserts. The Pinnacle was a bit too extreme for me--these were perfect.
Pros: Helped with my plantar fasciitis

I was in so much pain I needed crutches to walk. My inserts made by the Dr. didn't help at all. So I tried the insoles from heelspurs.com. They did the trick and I was back to normal with in several days. AMAZING! I recommend these to those who need real relief!
Pros: I have recommended these to several people.

Quality is comparable to inserts custom made by podiatrist, at about 1/10 of the price.
Pros: fit my shoe perfectly without cutting
Cons: none to date

these didn't work for me. i had to go get custom insoles. it is hard to get what you need in a generically made insole.
Pros: inexpensive
Cons: will only work for some people

I HAVE SUFFERED WITH PLANTAR FASCEITUS FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND HAVE SPENT A FORTUNE ON DR RX INSOLES THAT DIDN'T HELP. I PURCHASED YOUR GENTLER INSOLE AND COMBINED IT WITH YOUR NIGHT SPLINT AND GOT IMMEDIATE RELIEF. I WON'T BE WITHOUT EITHER OF THEM EVEN FOR ONE DAY AND NIGHT. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Pros: WORK GREAT, IMMEDIATE RELIEF
Cons: NONE

All of my shoes are fitted with these insoles to ensure my arches have the support they need and the heels have good cushioning. I get a reassuring feeling of comfort and support whenever I put my shoes on with these insoles!
Pros: No heelpain since wearing them.
Cons: None

I've worn these since my DR. recommended for Planar Faciatius( perhaps poor spelling) Have them in 5 pair of shoes. Highly recommend.
Pros: Just the right arch support, excellent quality and
Cons: Could use just a litte more cusion in the heel

I can't really evaluate the heelspurs.com insole because I returned it. I returned it not because it is a bad insole but because for my feet I have yet to find anything that works as well as Powerstep Pinnacle. I have tried a lot of different brands as well as custom orthotics and the Pinnacles help me the most.
Pros: Well Made
Cons: None

I purchased these after suffering 2 years with plantar fasciitis. They helped quite a bit but I'm still having problems :( but not nearly as bad. I would recomend anyone to try them they do really help.
Pros: less expensive that custom

I will never be without these. I have a pair for each of my shoes. These inserts coupled with routine low-impact exercise such as an elliptical machine have ELIMINATED my heel spurs!

These just made my problem worse. The support is in the arch, and the heel sits almost in a bucket. The support needs to be further back toward the heel, although still along the inside of the foot. There is a name for this part of the foot (the "[something} shelf"), but I forgot what it is. I have found supports by another company that have proved to be therapeutic, and I am even running again after several months. These made my pain worse.
Pros: Stable and firm
Cons: Support in wrong place for heel spurs

I love these for my everyday and walking shoes. I have plantar fascitis and one of my 12 year-olds pronates badly. Much more convenient than our prescription orthotics. Much more comfortable too. I tried stretching, night boot, Neo-Vita, etc. I got relief quickly with these insoles--although by then, it may have been the combination of all those kicking in. I think weight loss would have actually worked the best, so now I'm working on that.
Pros: Much better arch support for high arches
Cons: Doesn't stand up to basketball or soccer twisting.

I have Plantar Faciitis and initially ordered the Pinnacle Power Step and Power Step insoles. They did not work for me as the arch was too high, and thus too painful for me. I then ordered the heelspurs.com insoles and have been very happy with them. I am wearing them in my sneakers with a generic gel insole (no arch) under them. I can't begin to say how much this web site has helped me to understand what was going on with my feet. I also appreciated all the comments by other customers and found their input very helpful in figuring out what to purchase. I usually wear a Woman's size 8 or 8.5 shoe. I found that the size listed as Woman's 6.5-8 was the best size to choose. The next size up was too large.
Pros: Perfect

Inserts helped to relieve the heel pain almost immediately and after only a few days use, I was able to walk with little or no pain. With continuous use I do not experience heel pain each morning and can immeiately rise from bed a walk. Thank you!

While standing on my feet for 8 hrs. straight these heelspurs.com seem to ease my pain. Once I take my shoes off you might as well forget it,pain again. I was having a hard time walking and once I purchased these I will have to admit I don't think I could go a day without them.
Pros: Good

I have plantar fasciitis and got a "professional" fitting for $400. I bought these and they work as well.
Pros: Excellent

Woman, 56 years old.....I tore my Plantar facia and my Achilles tendon. I spent over $800.00 at the foot Dr. on 'custom orthotics'. I COULDN'T even wear them the heel pain was so great. I hobbled around for over 8 months, then found this site.

I now wear my the heelspurs.com Insoles every single day. Golfing, bowling, and all day shopping. I have both Pinnacle powerstep and Original Powerstep Insoles. I like the Pinnacles the best, and wear the Originals while the Pinnacles are drying, after I wash them. I can walk again !!!!!
Pros: Comfortable, long lasting
Cons: Haven't found a con yet

Not sure as of yet. I have used the product twice in my tennis shoes w/ good results. I have used the product once in my everyday shoes w/ mixed feelings. It may be too stiff for everyday wear.

I purchased the Pinnacle PowerStep as well as the Heelspurs.com-Insoles. So far, I have only used the Pinnacle PowerStep insoles and I can say that I felt relief from my pain almost immediately.

I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis (both feet) since 1995. I have nearly spent one-thousand dollars on custom made orthotics. Unlike the Pinnacle PowerStep Insole which arrived within 5 days, the custom made orthotics take about two-weeks to arrive; there is always an adjustment period, and in my case, one or the other may not even fit properly.

I can honestly say that the Pinnacle PowerStep insole WORKS! Thank you. I found your website well made, informative and easy to navigate. I received my products quickly and will soon be ordering another set.

I highly recommend the Pinnacle PowerStep insoles because they work.
Pros: They Work!

These insoles are in my athletic shoes, and I'm impressed by the immediate difference I noticed. I'm able to walk more energetically for longer periods of time, with no discomfort after. 'Wish I would have purchased these long ago. Compared to my friend's insoles from his podiatrist, costing around $400, these are a steal!
Thanks.

Pros: Comfort, Fit, Efficacy, Price

I am an avid hiker and outdoorsman and suffered from heel spurs for years without much improvement, despite numerous visits to doctors. Using the insoles sold by heelspurs.com during the day, and a nightsplint while sleeping, effectively cured my heelspurs in less than two months.

Husbands feet are doing much better.Wish we had known about the heelspurs insoles earlier, would have saved him from so much pain.

I have used the pinnacle powersteps with great results. I thought I'd try these this time as they were advertised to be as good but with more cushion (and were slightly cheaper!). They are cushion-y, but that's about it - there is very little support and I can't even wear them because my feet hurt without it. Pay a little more and get the powersteps if you need the support.
Pros: Good cushion
Cons: Not supportive

I've tried both the Powerstep insoles and the Heelspurs insoles, and I prefer the Powerstep insoles. One of my Heelspurs insoles developed a very annoying "squeak" when I walk. It's loud enough that my husband comments on it. I still use them, but only around the house due to the squeak. I doubt that I would buy the Heelspurs insoles again, but I will definitely buy the Powerstep insoles again.
Pros: Comfort and Price
Cons: Developed an annoying squeak

You will have to trim this to size; it does provide decent support but the fit in the shoe is not perfect and you may need to customize it a bit.
