I like this product but it tends to roll away while using it- epecially on wood floors. Works a little better on carpet. It does feel good and seems to help. Pros: feels good Cons: rolls away |

This really seemed to work for me, especially in combination with stretches. I would begin massaging gently, and gradually work in deeper. Simple, but effective.

too much pressure on plantar fascia. Had almost negative effect in my case. When using, be careful not to put too much pressure initially. Does not roll very well on the floor

It's nice to freeze and to place under your foot and roll your foot over it but the surface is a bit hard it is a little difficult to get used to.

Good point about the "rolling away", rubber tread on the wheel would work better than it all being plastic.

I've been to a top pediatrist, had custom orthodics made, did all the stretches recommended, etc., nothing has worked as well as the FootWheel massage, my foot feels great!

I like the wheel, except for the fact it rolls away from you while using it. If it's a roller though, I don't know how else it could be designed. It seems to help when I use it.
