The skin on your feet is much tougher than anywhere else

I have tough skin on on my feet because of I massage them with a dull but abrasive tool. I have not had a problem with direct ice at all and have been doing it now for 2 years, but I never put pressure on my feet again until after they have been wamed up.German product ibuprofen cream absorbs through skin to prevent stomach irritation. This is the only place I've found in the U.S. that sells it. Frank comments about it from heel pain sufferers.
