Reflexology/Massage..Awesome treat

I had my first Reflexology treatment today...It felt totally awesome.
I went to a Reflexologist who is also a massage therapist. I don't know whether this will do any good in the long run but it sure felt good today having it done. I am going again next week. Even if it doesn't help at least I have a 1/2 hr. a week when my feet feel good.
Felt relaxed and happy all day...Just thought I would share this with all of you.

German product ibuprofen cream absorbs through skin to prevent stomach irritation. This is the only place I've found in the U.S. that sells it. Frank comments about it from heel pain sufferers.
