That is an interesting story John. I too am a runner who only had slight morning pain. Then a day of excessive standing before a run pushed me over the edge of the cliff. Brad
Ibuprofen cream instead of pills because of the stomach irritation high doses of pills can cause. This is the only place in the U.S. I've found that sells it.
