i have access to a TENS unit and was doing a little self testing tarpal tunnel nerve. i will give that a try.For those that do not know, a TENS unit is used by doctors to relieve pain at various locations on the body such as the back,neck, etc. It is about the size of a pack of cigarettes and has to plug in wires that lead to self adhering pads. Normally a physical thearapist would demonstrate where to place the pads. You can adjust the intensity of the electrical signal and other modes from the unit. It is 9V battery operated and can be worn on your belt, etc. The theory is a small electrical signal mask out the pain signal. They do work for many people. I had never heard of them used for PF. Can be rented from some physical thearapist with a doctors prescription. frequently used after some major surgeries.

Ibuprofen cream instead of pills because of the stomach irritation high doses of pills can cause. This is the only place in the U.S. I've found that sells it.
