Check this out - these are the exercises my physical therapist recommended. The last one, the standing one, should be performed by slowly bending the knee of the leg that's in back, bending so you're moving downward - you'll feel the stretch along your heel and also your achilles tendon - be careful not to pull the achilles tendon too far.
