The vitamin info is now incorporated into the main info page. It's not the first link on the main page, but I'm still big on Vitamin C, B6, chondroitin, and glucosamine.

I find vitamins to be very helpful. I take an alphabet soup of them, starting with A, B-complex, C, D, E, Rejuvex, Remmifemmem, Brewers Yeast, Lecithin, Calcium, magnesium, Glucosamine with chondroitin, echinacea(when needed), and zinc when needed. I also try to eat a heathy diet, which included lots of fiber, fruit and veggies.
