Bottom of feet

Does anyone have pain mainly in the pad of the foot toward the toes?

Yes. This is called metatarsalgia and is in the ball of the foot. You can have it along with PF as I do and it can be a deadly painful combination. Metatarsal pads or supports are supposed to help but only made my pain worse.

what did you find that helped? I have had some relief from elevating my foot. Have tried some padding but don't know if it helps or not..certainly does not'fix it'

I have such terrible pain that radiates through my feet (right one worse than the left), bottom, side and top and even into my ankle. I don't know if I am weird or what but it just about does me in. The more I am on my feet the worse it is. The only true relief I get is in my recliner with my feet up. By the end of a working day, I feel like crawling out the door. It is so debilitating, frustrating, and exasperating that I just want to cry. I worry that I will have to quit my job unless I can figure on an easier way to do it. If anyone has any ideas on how to get through a day and still be on their feet by the end of it, please let me know.
