but damn..my other foot is as painful as 9 months ago..when i stretch i stretch both..the inserts are in both..the glucosimine and anti inflammatories are for both...what is this foot jumping about??????????/help

My left foot used to hurt a lot from PF and now it just hurts sometimes. Now my right foot hurts all the time. It also burns and a stinging sensation on the outside of my heel.. My left foot didn't hurt on the outside of my heel. Is it still PF or could it be something else?

Stinging and pain on the outside of the heel is common at least for Heel pain syndrome.

MMMEEEEE TOOOOOOO.

Sometimes my PF is in both feet equally.....then it is in one with a vengence, and then a few months later it jumps to the other one with a vengence.
This is the most upsetting thing I have ever went through in my life.
I just don't know why someone doesn't come up with some kind of cure.
