Re: Heel Spurs - disappear just from leather shoes?Posted by Diane R. on 12/28/98 at 00:00 (002898)
Thanks for the leather shoe idea but honestly, it sounds too good and too easy...I have been under the impression that the bone spurs I have on both my feet will always be there and that they could only be removed by surgery which I will not have done. How can large calcium deposits visible on x-rays - just disappear? I believe PF (just inflammation of facia) may be relieved by certain shoes - birks included - but I find it hard to imagine calcium just disolving on it's own just from different shoes? Has anyone else heard of this happening?

Diane: I don't believe that the calcium deposits disappear, they just reduce and return to their normal quantities. As I said in my post , the doctor had noreason why this works, it just does. I have been without the problem for 15 years until it returned on one foot 5 or 6 days ago. What do you have to lose if you try it. All you need to do is buy the shoes with leather soles and leather heels. If it doesn't work all that you have invested is the price of the shoes that you can wear anyway. It really works and if you would like to talk to me about it, I'll give you my E Mail address.
