You asked for it - flame alert

1) Oprah is not married, she is living with a man named Stedman, you need to pay closer attention to the tabloids.

2) Yes, clogs and Birkenstocks and Nursey Nancy shoes are ugly, no argument there. If there were options we'd prefer not to wear these, but most of us don't have any choice, nice looking female shoes are only a memory to us now.

3) You obviously have either no PF or a very mild case, luckily for you. Some of us on this board cannot walk because of this condition, or can walk or even stand only with intense pain. We would do anything to be able to get up and walk down the hall without limping, we can't run out and do anything.

Do you know what it's like to have your 80+ year old grandmother have to slow down so you at 19 can keep up with her? Obviously not. When we are having bad days we live with constant, agonizing, chronic, unrelenting pain. For some of us that is Every Day Of Our Lives. Sometimes we pray that we can find a doctor who would just amputate them and get it over with, because that couldn't possibly hurt more than what we endure already. On top of that, we have to deal with doctors who tell us there's nothing they can do, co-workers who say 'you don't look sick', bosses who don't understand that this is a real disability, friends and family who tell us to cheer up, it could be worse, etc. And then we have the Idiots like you who don't have a clue what they're talking about but inflict their uninformed opinions on those of us who do.

4) My husband feels very honoured that he was fortunate enough to convince me to marry him. He helps me up, rubs my feet, brings me icebags, does errands for me when I can't, and will fight to the death to defend me and my ugly shoes from people like you. He would do anything to help me defeat this illness, but there's nothing he can do except put his arms around me when the pain and the restrictions on my life get to be too much to bear. Are you married, because I feel sorry for Your husband. God forbid he ever gets a chronic condition that affects his health and/or appearance, if this is the reaction he will receive. Remember the vows, in sickness and in health? You shouldn't say it unless you mean it.

5) What goes around comes around, someday you might just regret what you wrote, if so the board will still be here, but come under a different name because you're not welcome here as you are now. I have to stop now as I can barely see the keyboard through the tears.
