Surgery

I consulted with Dr. Don Baxter in Houston. He is the surgeon who operated on Mark McGwire. His technique is a little different. He cuts out a 1/3 triangle out of the medial plantar. This releases the Baxter nerve (??). This gives greater stablility to the feet which the release does not. Even with all of this information I was wondering if anyone has had this type of surgery. He has trained many doctors who are using it. Please let me know.

Thanks
