Vit.B-12 injections, dissolving sediments

Posted by Lorena on 2/05/99 at 00:00 (004548)

Has anyone tried Vit. B12 adjustments in an attempt to dissolve calcium deposits? Did it work? Does anyone know a nutritional or other strategy to dissolve calcium deposits/sediments, and to reduce already existing scar tissue?

Try massaging your feet very deeply. Get some oil, or oil based lotion to make your hands slick. Press you thumb down very hard on the bottom of the foot starting with the heel going forward. You can actually have a sense of the plantar fascia. Anyway, when I first had a foot massage, the massage therapist pointed out the feeling of like bubble wrap being push out. She indicated that it was some type of deposit (she wasn't too clear) on the bottom of the foot. I noticed that when my feet hurt there is more of a feel of this. So, now I massage before putting on my shoes in the morning and at night before I go to bed. Try it.
