I tried those gel insoles. They were an irritant and only made my feet worse. To each their own. Birks are alot more reliable in the long run and many have found them to do alot of good.

I also used the gel insoles and they were extremely uncomfortable. I've been to podiatrists (injections, never again!), and yesterday I finally got to see an orthopedist. Diagnosis, PLantars Fascititis. I ordered two pair of birks today, can't wait.

I'm just glad to know that I'm not alone.
