I too am a fellow sufferer but as of late am on the road to recovery. I am running again 2-3 times a week - pain free! Here's what worked for me... I am convinced that my Birkenstock clogs have rehabilitated my arch and also I wear a magnetic band on my foot to bed every night! The magnets are positioned under the arch and on top of the foot. I firmly believe in the power of the magnets. My advice - you must believe that you are going to get better. Don't give up!
