Good to hear!

Posted by Lyndel on 3/10/99 at 00:00 (005438)

Alicia,

Good to hear that Vitamin C is working for others! I got back on VC for a few days and things got better. I've forgotten for the last couple of days and guess what? They are hurting like crazy today after being on my feet quite a bit today and yesterday. Got to get myself on a darn schedual that I won't forget. -- Does anyone know of any vitamins that make you smarter so you wont forget? :~) It seems since this foot thing started with me a year ago I've been very tired, absent minded, poor vision, sore and achy. Anyone else have this????? Somewhere I remember reading that the bottom of your foot holds all the key sensitive spots to the rest of your body. If this is true... I should be dead! :~)

Sorefully yours,

Lyndel

Lyndel: Yes, there is a vitamin that might help your 'forgetfulness'! It's gingko biloba - I've been taking it for several months and I think I can tell a difference. My mind is clearer and I really do concentrate better. Also, when your feet hurt, everything hurts. You begin to compensate, so ankles, legs, hips, back, neck - all suffer. Read Gordon's advice - I think he's on to something. Stay as active as you can - even if it's on your knees!. Do upper body work, ride a bike, etc. Hang in there - massage your feet, ice them, take your vit C and rest when you can. Good luck.
