Why water helps

Part of it is because the water is either warm so it helps relax or cold so it helps keep the temperature and the inflammation down in the heel. One excellent reason water is good is because it offers no-impact resistance, you can really get aggressive with your movements but the water supports you and takes the strain off the joints, tendons etc.
