I do hate doing the same thing all the time. I use to cross train with different activities - step aerobics, biking, walking, kick boxing. Now I am so limited because I can't do the weight bearing exercise. But I do get your drift - alternate between the strengthening, warming up, biking, stretching, etc. Thanks.
