Just use regular ice, not gel packs or dry ice...

My P.T. said to fill plastic bags with ice and put BARE feet DIRECTLY on the bags for best results. He said regular ice will never get colder than 32 degrees, but that those cold packs and gel packs are made with alcohol can actually get colder than 32 degrees and damage your skin. Good Luck.....
