Possible causes of left-footitis

Posted by Scott on 6/02/99 at 00:00 (007520)

It may be caused by something as simple as starting each series of walking steps with our right foot. I believe it could mean more tension in the left heel on that first step because of the need to accelerate a little bit to walking speed, or because the body isn't yet in a full swinging gait to ease the tension and forces during the first step (as it is with each additional step).
