Roberta, maybe high protein diet gives similar results.

One of my supposed problems was an excessively high concentration of yeast in my digestive track (creates toxins in blood stream). Yeast needs sugar and carbs to survive and so maybe that's why others are finding that their feet do better on a high protein diet. I've had this foot thing now for 3 years and although the first two year were hell and this last year I've been fairly active it isn't until now that I think I'm seeing the end is near. I'm convinced this whole problem is related to a digestive disorder for me and some type of auto immune problem for others (FYI,the auto-immune problem can be tied to digestive disorders also, and stress impacts digestion problems ).

Look out world, I'm coming back!
