Stretching may help

Laurie: I don't know if stretching alone will help you, but it certainly can't hurt. If there is a problem with overpronation, then you're talking about body alignment and a physical therapist may be able to help. I went to one for the PF and had myofascial release therapy which makes a lot of sense and did help somewhat, but I can't afford to go as much as I would need to. Best thing I learned was to stretch calves, hamstrings, gluteal muscles several times a day. Also do pelvic tilts and Kegel exercises to help get the body in better alignment. Good luck
