Do you mean bloated--like you are full of gas? I used to feel like that all of the time. I completely cut sugar of any kind from my diet (also all white flour) and I cannot tell you what a difference that made!!! Sugar is truly a poisen that ferments in your body and gives off a gas just like yeast does. There are many sugar substitutes that you can use--both natural and chemical that do not cause bloating. Also, many people are allergic to grains and milk products(lactose intolerance). Maybe you need to check into these possibilities if this is the type of bloating you suffer from. Good luck.
