Back In October of 1998 I developed PF and spent the next 6 months in agony. I did not (could not run) so kept up my swimming and started biking when the weather got better. Got some new orthotics, did a lot of stretching, wore magnetic insoles, and iced quite a bit. Well, it seems that with all this TLC my PF has improved to the point where I can run 10 K's at the end of my triathlon's with no pain and train in running at least three times a week. I thought I would just share this since I remember reading on this site the fact that only those of use whose PF never went away seemed to post and how depressing that was.
