I to could only crawl for over a year. But exercise helped pull me out of it. My wife got me an exercise video and this inspierd me to try. I exercised doing mat work (not on my feet very much and not until later) for over a year. I find that if I exercise for 20-30 minutes every morning it makes all the difference in the world. You can exercise without using your feet. From Scotts study it seems that this is the one common thing that pulled most people through. It is slow going and may take months to get where you can do much on your feet but you must exercise to get the weight off and make the diet and supplements do anything. (My opinion). I am in better shape now than I ever was. I'm not cured, but I am very active now. I work my business til midnight everynight (from home) and do yard work and exercise for breaks.
