FM sufferers find most of their relief by exersice every day. There is a very good book on FM called Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome by Devin Starland, MD, and Marry Ellen Copleland MS, MA.
THey advocate exercise and limited carb diet and high protein diet.
