exercises

I have been going to PT for a couple of weeks now, and really feel that the exercises (mostly stretching the calf A LOT) and ultra sound along with the massages have helped a lot.

I too notice a major difference when I do the exercises. My biggest problem is that, when I start to feel a bit better, I blow off exercise and ice -- only to have the problem start again. I wonder if I've just become so used to the pain that any little relief feels like a near 'normal' for my feet?
