Too long, but it does sort of go into remission...

Acute flare-ups seem to last a month or more. I MUST stretch everyday upon getting out of bed, and often do mini-stretches when I stand up after sitting for a while. I'm not fortunate enough have anyone to take care of me or my house, gardens, yard, pets, horses, so... off I hobble! (Hay, Carol, can we come and stay at your ranch? :) ) It can be done, just stretch, ice, rest as much as possible. I have found the low-carb diet to help, as has accupuncture and light massage. I think magnets are helping, too. Hang in there!
