I know different things work for different people. I have had PF for 7 years now, much worse years ago. I now take Nortriptyline and Ultram and wears Birks exclusively. I know some people swear by doing their stretches (against the wall, dropping heels below step, and sitting and stretching the foot toward you) and every time I think well I'll just try these again, the next day my feet hurt so much more. Not wanting to do more damage, I don't know if stretching is just not for me or if it is supposed to hurt at first. Any comments?
