Piriformus Exercise

I'll try to describe it. Sitting on the floor with legs straight out in front of you, place right foot to outside of left knee, right and left hands touching floor on left side, and s-t-r-e-t-c-h that butt! Hold for a count of 10, repeat 5x, then reverse the procedure to stretch out the left side. I did tend to do it more on the right side than the left, because it felt ever so much better when I did... In fact, I think I shall sit down and do that right after I sign off from here! :)
