But Betsy...

This is the opposite of everything that I have been told or read. Too soft of an arch allows my tendon which is to short to pull and stretch, hence plantar facitis and heel spurs (I have both althought some folks only suffer from one or the other I am told). I have found that my orthodic on the left foot, which has flared up more recently, digs into my most painful spot on my foot. On my right foot the orthodic is quite comfortable and helpful. Both used to be very comfortable and necesssary, but lately I've felt as if they might nor be right and I've been in for three adjustments since March. I put my Spencos in my shoes and so far so good today.

Thanks!
