I may be grasping at straws here...bear with me! About a month ago, I stopped all medication/vitamins/supplements except the anti-depressant that also helps burning foot pain. I also stopped swimming, started wearing Birks all the time, and continued 'resting' my feet as much as possible. Last weekend I started taking my Tums again for its calcium benefits. Tuesday my feet were really hurting, Wednesday they ached at night only. My calves also got really, really tight and have needed extended stretching yesterday and today.
Does anyone else have any thought about the calcium? I read on another post that someone had retro c... bursitis. Does this have anything to do with calcium deposits?
Like I said, I amy be grasping here, but it seems wierd to me!
