16 weeks since my ossatron

Hello All, Jennh here and I can say that I am 90% better. I went and ran today for 2 1/2 miles. It was a snails pace, but who cares, it felt so good. Ankle gave me a little problem and my heel hurt a little. But with some stretching and the taping, it was no problem. So I can say that I will be back for the next rugby season.

I have started martial arts training and sometimes that bugs my foot, but not for long. I'm good about soaking my foot and stretching it.

One other thing I want to point out. I did some research on my own about leaky gut syndrome and decided to go on a no sugar, no yeast, no bread, very low carb diet and I feel so much better. I've been doing it for 3 weeks now and I have lost some weight. I wonder if this might take care of that last 10% of pain I still do feel sometimes. I will keep you posted.
