The things that help the most are:
1) Take a rolling pin and while watching TV or something, roll the
pin with your foot, for 15 minutes on each foot. It is a miracle.
2) Also, if your feet ache when you go to bed...put a large pillow at the foot of the bed and keep your feet elevated.
