support hose

Sounds like something I should consider. I have heard that it can help..but I hadn't tried it because I thought I'd also read that it can cause problems too. Can you think of any reason why someone with TTS should not wear support hose? Maybe I just mixed something up in my mind...can't see how they could be detrimental.

support hose/stockings have been around along time. my doctor suggest i try one on my left foot. i can think of no reason not to give them a try. i read an article in Arthritis Today this week about a new anti-inflamatory creame that has been developed in Canada and will be on the American Market shortly. It has a substance which helps it penetrate into the skin much more effective than other creams. I will try and post the article in it's entireity this week. sounds like a worthwhile substance for reducing inflamation in the fascia.

John, I have worn Legg's Sheer Energy support hose daily for over 20 years. They haven't made a difference in my 10 plus year bout of PF.
