Pigeons to the Rescue!

I, too, have suffered with 'ants in the pants' syndrome, but have found Scott's suggestion from the 'Main Document' to be very helpful...that is, standing 'pigeon toed'. I find it very difficult trying to walk that way, but when I have to stand in one spot I find it much more comfortable if I stand so my toes are turned inward...this takes the pressure off the sore spots instantly and I'm able to stop 'dancing'. I can't necessarily stand for very long, but I'm able to carry on conversations, get through a checkout line, etc without being totally distracted with excruciating pain.
