I am also getting vigorous massage on heel, arch and calf muscles, my pt says the calf muscles are very tight.
I also am spending my own $$ on additional massage at a local masseuse. I am following your advice and giving my feet massage by thumb and mini hand-held massager, and I have noticed some improvement. But I don't want to get too excited!!! I hope I also improve as I am ready to go to Toronto for Ossatron in January if I don't have much improvement by then.
