Hi! I thought you might be intersested in the stretch recommended by John Friend. I've been dointg it daily for 4 months and my feet are almost healed up. Put a rolled blanket under your arches and balls of feet, with heels on the floor.Lift toes up (This strengthens the arches.) Do a forward bend. Hold for as long as is comfortable, put hands on hips and straighten up to standing. Bend over again. Repeat this sequence for 3-4 minutes. This stretches the hamstrings and strengthens the arches. Hope it helps!

Is your foot problem related to yoga at all?

What was your problem like?

I'm sure your stretch will help but it will take more than stretching for me-- maybe just time and stretching will be enough.
