My feet are definitely worse after four days with occasional sugar and bread.
Unfortunately, I did not hold everything else constant. There was an exercize bike where I was and I pedalled it five minutes a day. My pain could be from that.
But if not, then this seems to me to be a good indication that the yeast hypothesis might hold some weight in my case.
Others with symptoms like mine might look into it (and others too).
I am going to get more strict with the diet, if I can.
