I haven't really done specifically spinning but when my pf was bad I was always able to ride a bike with no trouble or pain. I would be sure to wear shoes with a hard sole - get real biking shoes - and stretch your hamstring A LOT. Otherwise I think you should be able to ride a bike with no trouble. I ride a bike every day, both to commute and as exercise.
