I share your frustrations...

Posted by VioletD on 2/01/00 at 00:00 (015339)

I don't have custom orthotics, but wear Dr. Scholl's arch supports (3/4 length). They are fine in sneakers, but when I put them in my low heeled shoes, they raise my heel just enough that I end up walking out of most of them. Thanks for posing the question. Maybe someone does have a good idea out there to help!

I know the feeling, frustating isnt it, but have you tried the flat scholl insolls that atr pumped up every few weeks (we have them in England anyway). I stick them in shoes and sandles with velcro and that is quite good

How do these work?
Are these insoles an 'arch support' type insert? Or just a gel type foot cushion.
