I went to rugby practice last night and can run without any problems. Sometimes I would be fine during practice, but after sitting in the car or resting, and then trying to walk was a problem, but I have none of that now. It really has been great. WHen I do have pain, it is minimal and never lasts long. I still stretch several times a day.
When I press on the heel, pain is very minimal.
I've been lifting, running and doing martial arts training and have not had any problems. So, I can say that right now I am at 95% pain free.
