I agree Dave, but just 'any old exercise and stretch' doesn't do it. your phrase 'in balance' is the key...and for some of us it is more complicated than it is for you to find the right exercises. You can be the most disciplined person in the world but ifyou aren't doing the right stretches and exercises for your particular body it won't help. I walked a minimum of three miles aday for years and stretched religiously (using stretches taught to me by 'professionals')...and got PF anyway and didn't help to reverse it! Specific stretches and excercises make all the difference, which is why I am eager to see what Mike has to say.
