I think I will start keeping a diary also. It may also help me be able to determine different activities that trigger flare ups. I will keep track of what I do differently each day and then rate the foot pain. You seem to be pretty active while handling this.
I have a stationary bike that I bought while pregnant because I knew I would not be able to get out as much to exercise. Boy, that is an understatement now that I have PF. I rode it for two days last week, and actually felt pain in my feet while on it. I was so mad. So I guess I need to hold off on that for awhile.
