Do you do exercises for your hands/wrists/arms? I learned some from a professional gardener who developed CTS and now makes her living giving seminars on how to prevent CTS. It is the same principle that we use with our feet...warm them up and stretch them before that first step in the morning. I have found the CTS warm up exercises also help my mild 'tennis elbow'.
