Kim....Yes...I really think you need 2 night splints if you have
PF in both feet. And don't forget...give the splints a while to
see if you notice any improvement. Like some of the others say...
give it at least 1-3 months.Mine are truely bulky and it's taken
sometime to get used to them. At first...I didn't sleep well with
them and they were irritating because there was always someone
getting up crying in the middle of the night. They aren't for
walking in...I'll say that. I've learned to wake up my husband to
get the kids so I don't have to keep taking them on and off. I think
because for a while I spent so much time taking on and off through-
out the night that I wasn't getting the benefits of my feet being
in them for a whole night. I will say this...my nightsplints have
truely helped me with my morning pain. So...it'll take a while for
you to get used to sleeping with them. (Actually...I kind of like
waking him up to get the kids...Lord knows...I've had my fair share!
Ha Ha). I wish you the best of luck. Let us know your progress.
