To those on the mend, don't forget to come back and pay homage.

Hi PFers,

Robin posted something that made me want to wastes a little of Scott's board space.

When you feel better, (dare I say healed?) when you are back out there, getting on with your life, PLEASE REMEMBER TO COME BACK HERE AND CONTRIBUTE TO THIS BOARD at least on occassion. Share the hope, and share the knowledge. I think it is one of the nicest things we can do to show Scott and others our appreciation.

Don't forget, because the contributions of those who have been healed are a great source of hope for the rest of us.

Regards, Kim B.

I am back to post that I have been doing extremely well since having the Ossatron in Sept. I no longer ice or take antinflams. I pretty much do whatever I want to but am constantly monitoring my feet.lol
I continue to stretch for fear of ever getting back in the pain I was in prior to ossatron. I go for massage/reflexology every 2 weeks. I am not an athlete by any means so walking is my form of exercise. This board has and is a blessing-I read it daily. Best wishes to all my PF friends whom I wish were friends in other ways than PF.

I had surgery a year ago March. I can say that I am 90% better than I was before surgery (suffered 2 1/2 yrs.) I had a partial release. I only have some discomfort in my heel if I have been on my feet all day. A trip to the mall does not bother me at all anymore. I do not wear any flat shoes except sandals with molded inner soles. Flat shoes bother me. I do have some pain in my ankles but I believe that to be an entirely other problem. I would only recommend surger by an orthopedic specialist. (Mine was a foot and ankle guy) I did not care for the information supplied by two podiatrists.

Hope this is helpful
